These terms describe use of the KYNSL website and interactive demo. Exploring the site does not create a pilot, construction, lending or professional-services agreement.

The sample experience

The demo uses fictional project information and scripted answers. Approvals, declines, milestones and document checkmarks change sample data in your browser. They do not instruct a builder, accept a real agreement, submit a draw, share documents or move funds.

Professional responsibilities

The website and demo do not provide professional, legal, financial, lending or inspection advice. Builders, inspectors and lenders retain their responsibilities. KYNSL does not certify work, establish compliance, approve loans or draws, or authorize disbursement. Consult your project professionals before making a real decision.
